By using the Titan Roofing LLC website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Services Description
Titan Roofing LLC provides residential and commercial roofing services, storm damage repair, gutter installation, spray foam insulation, and related exterior contracting services throughout Southwest Missouri. All services are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or project that does not meet our safety or quality standards.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by Titan Roofing LLC are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, including but not limited to rotted decking, insufficient ventilation, or code requirements. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your contract and may vary by project. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options. Financing is available through our partners including Sunlight Financial with 0% interest for 12 months on approved credit. A deposit may be required to secure your project date. Final payment is due upon completion and your satisfaction with the work performed.
Warranties
Titan Roofing LLC stands behind our work with a 10-year workmanship warranty on all roofing installations. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary by product and are passed through to the customer. We will assist with any warranty claims during the warranty period. Warranties are non-transferable unless specified otherwise. Proper maintenance is required to maintain warranty coverage.
Limitation of Liability
Titan Roofing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Greene County, Missouri, rather than in court, unless prohibited by applicable law. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted individually and not as part of a class action. This agreement to arbitrate survives the termination of services.
